Thirty days on labor, in writing
The labor warranty runs 30 days and the parts keep whatever the manufacturer gives them. Both appear on the paperwork you are handed at the door.
A flat price before any work starts
Once the diagnostics are finished you are given one price for the whole repair. Nothing is opened up until you have agreed to it.
