Manufacturer parts are used wherever they are still available, and where one has been discontinued we say plainly that a high quality equivalent is the better or the only option.

The labor warranty runs 30 days and the parts keep whatever the manufacturer gives them. Both appear on the paperwork you are handed at the door.
A flat price before any work starts
Once the diagnostics are finished you are given one price for the whole repair. Nothing is opened up until you have agreed to it.

We stock the parts our own records show failing most often, which is why roughly three quarters of our repairs are completed during the first visit.
