Booking takes about a minute
We need three things: which appliance it is, who made it, and what the machine is doing wrong. Choose a day and a two hour arrival window that suits your schedule and we will confirm it by phone or text, usually within the hour.
When we can reach you
Bookings placed before the middle of the day are normally scheduled for that same day. Anything later is offered the next available slot. Saturday and Sunday appointments cost exactly what a weekday appointment costs, because appliances do not choose convenient days to give out and we see no reason to price as though they did.

Some problems are easier to describe out loud than to type, and now and then we can talk you through the answer on the phone at no charge at all.

From booking to a working appliance
Tell us what the appliance is doing
Book online or call and describe what you are seeing. The brand, the model number if it is to hand, and what actually happens when the machine runs. The more detail you give, the more likely the right part is already on the van.
We run proper diagnostics
A technician arrives inside a two hour window, reads whatever the appliance has logged, tests the circuit it points at, and explains in plain language what has happened.
You approve one flat price
You are given a single price for the finished repair before anything is opened up. Approve it and most repairs are completed the same visit, with 30 days on labor printed on your invoice.
What makes a visit go quickly
The model number
Look on the door frame, behind the kick plate, or inside a drawer runner. Once we have it, the part your unit is likely to need leaves with the van.
What the appliance is actually doing
"Warm on the refrigerator side, freezer still cold" narrows the diagnostics far more than "it has stopped working". Error codes help too.
Room to reach the appliance
Built-in units have to be drawn forward. Clearing the space around them saves time that would otherwise appear on the invoice.
Would you rather it was seen today?
Ring before the middle of the day and the visit normally happens that afternoon. An evening or a weekend slot costs the same as any other.
